On July 4th we moved to a bigger nicer house on the Westside. Yay!
Parenting tip #1 don't move into a house with white carpets. Lots of friends helped us move. A huge thanks to Leona, Val, David, Curtis1 and Curtis2, Alice, Sarah and of course, Susan.

Boaz began crawling in the old house but now, with room to
expand, the little man took off!

Occasionally he stopped or at least stalled...

and his smile is so wonderful...even after he falls.

Ahem...see carpet tip above.

When it comes to food, Boaz basically tries everything.

Some things he likes a lot...

Toys are a dime a dozen here. We find things like this for a buck at garage sales.
It makes it easier to part with the old broken toys.

For example, here is a garage sale treasure that cost a buck.

We also have a lot of these mats. The cat ruins them on a regular
basis with her claws and he loves them.

Caught in the act! Standing alone for at least 20 seconds...but
no walking yet,  just standing, crawling, bottom falling and climbing.

I really love this picture. Just looking at it reminds me of how
much I love Boaz.

On the 13th of July, Mimi adopted Boaz. This is a significant date since it coincided with our 5th anniversary.

We invited Sherri, Val and Suz to be witnesses.
I'm glad that is over with.

On the way in to the courthouse we saw this license plate.

On July 16th, riding in the lap of luxury with Valerie's beautiful and brave Mom, Boaz makes the front page of the newspaper for the very first time marching down the Pacific Garden Mall in a march for Medical Marijuana.

Click here or on the picture in the paper
for the copy the photographer (thanks Shmuel Thaler) emailed Dana.

This is Benjamin, he has been in other pictures with Boaz on this site. He is Boaz's cousin. Benjamin loves legos and we got him some and so did Grandma Sondra.

This is my beautiful Mom, my brother Adam and his son Benjamin.

Here are my Dad (David) and JoAnn during a recent visit.

A really good time was had by all and we hope they come back soon!

Boaz is going as Mike for Halloween this year.

Boaz and Dana = BIG BIG FUN.

Tym is always close to us...but never close enough. Doh! Poked
me in the eye again!

Nope, he isn't walking quite yet. But he stands alone for several seconds at a time and he can climb anything already.
